Does ImmoDesk work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The mobile app is available for iOS and Android, and you can also work in the web platform with the same account.
Does my tenant have to use the app?
No. You can keep your rental records on your own. If you invite your tenant, they can see the shared information in the tenant portal and report problems.
Is the rent collected automatically?
No. ImmoDesk does not take payments. It prepares the rent charge each month, you record what came in on your bank account, and the overview shows what is still open.
Is the app free?
Downloading the app is free. As a landlord you can try ImmoDesk for 7 days; after that a paid subscription applies, based on the number of units you manage.
